Every item in Envanterim has a permanent QR code. Stick the label on the equipment and anyone with a phone camera can open the item’s live card.
What the card shows
- Model, serial number and purchase date
- Warranty, maintenance and calibration dates
- The responsible person, with phone and e-mail
- A button to report a problem, straight into the service workflow
Print the way you need
Print a single label or a full sheet, download PNG or SVG, and choose any size. The serial number is printed under the code, so you can also look an item up without scanning.
Nothing to install
The page is built for phones and works in the browser. Basic details need no login, so a technician, a nurse or a shop assistant can use it immediately.
